Hareide Design was responsible for developing Esko Graphics’ new product identity. This was applied to their very first multifunction super-wide digital finisher for signage, display and packaging applications, the Kongsberg C.
In this project, we worked on all parts of the product, from conceptualization to construction. We worked on site with the team at Esko to make sure the new design identity was maintained throughout the product as well as contributing to the industrialization of the table. Focus on usability through simplification, intuitive user sequence and colour coding, was the main driver in the solutions. The identity is defined by
enhancing the active components where the user is in physical contact. In parallel, our partner Halogen has designed and developed the new digital front-end.
