Rolls-Royce Common Control Bridge

Rolls Royce Marine approached us to help them develop their future bridge operating environment unveiled as a futuristic conceptual product at the 2011 Norshipping fair. The solutions are thoroughly innovative and working in harmony with industry regulations. The holistic approach made it possible to create a feasible concept almost unchanged in commercial production. The design embodies the history of the Rolls Royce brand, with elevated dynamic structures and sharp cuts in areas where functionality and accessibility is needed.

The modularity allows different modules to be combined and reused as diverse configurations to support different use on the ship bridge. The total design consists of bridge stations on forward, aft, wing and planning station; as well as design on all input devices and the iconic chair.
